Shipping and Returns

We ship all domestic orders 1-3  business days after an order is placed. All Orders are shipped within the United States with UPS Ground.

We ship Monday through Friday, with our pickup cut-off at 1pm CST.

Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or major National Holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. If for some reason you don’t receive this information please get in touch with Leanne@barrandharbor.com

Refunds and Exchanges

Barr & Harbor is committed to ensuring products are intricately inspected before they are delivered to you.

Due to the nature of our products, they cannot be returned or refunded once used.  Barr and Harbor will, however, replace or refund products if damaged during shipment.  Please be aware photographic proof of damage must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Barr and Harbor will exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase.   The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all return items.  Please contact Leanne@barrandharbor.com for further details.
