DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship all domestic orders 1-2 business days after an order is placed. All Orders are shipped within the United States with UPS Ground.

Below are Barr & Harbors UPS ground rates for all US orders.  We have based them on order total to keep your shipping costs as low as possible.

Up to $50.00 :  $7.00

$50.00 – $100.00: $10.00

$100.00 and above: FREE*

We ship Monday through Friday, with our pickup cut-off at 1pm CST. Next Day orders must be received before 12pm CST to ship same-day. Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or major National Holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. If for some reason you don’t receive this information please get in touch with Leanne@barrandharbor.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Barr & Harbor sends international packages via First Class International Mail, which doesn’t include features such as tracking information or delivery confirmation. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. On average, orders should arrive in 1 – 3 weeks.  

Shipping rates are based on order total.

International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, Barr & Harbor have no control over these circumstances. We are not able to mark any international packages as zero value or as gifts to avoid customs duties or fees.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

Barr & Harbor is committed to ensuring products are intricately inspected before they are delivered to you.

Due to the nature of our products, they cannot be returned or refunded once used.  Barr and Harbor will, however, replace or refund products if damaged during shipment.  Please be aware photographic proof of damage must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

Barr and harbor will exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase.   The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all return items.  Please contact Leanne@barrandharbor.com for further details.
